Laboratorio dedicado desde el año 2014 a apoyar labores de investigación, docencia de pregrado y postgrado en el área de biogeoquímica.

Oferta tecnológica

Actualmente, mantiene en desarrollo pasantías escolares, seminarios de investigación y tesis de pre-grado, tesis de post-grado y asistencias técnicas. Están abiertos a establecer acuerdos de servicios.

Infraestructura

El Laboratorio cuenta con 120 m2.

Equipamiento

El laboratorio actualmente cuenta con instrumento MAE (Microwave Assisted Extraction) para la extracción de lípidos totales en diversas matrices ambientales (e.g. aire, agua, sedimento, tejidos vegetales y animales) y una mejorada y eficiente línea de separación y purificación de lípidos como n-alcanos, esteroles y ácidos grasos.
